Legal sector

The main functions:

• within the limits of its powers collects, analyzes and examines the suggestions and complaints of mass media subjects,
•  providing correct execution of legislative and other statutory acts,
• making suggestions about solutions of law matters concerning financial and operational, economic and social activities of the Agency,
• providing correct application of legislation in the Agency,
• provision of information for the Head of the Agency concerning necessity of taking measures to rectify problems while making contracts, other documents that were accepted with law violation and then could be a reason of financial and nonmaterial damages,
• support of mass media subjects in solution to the problems.
