The concept of TV Broadcasting Development is drafted in Tatarstan, said the Head of Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications Ayrat Zaripov.
The concept was prepared on the initiative of the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications, in cooperation with the Ministry of Information and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "Tattelecom" and TV company "Noviy Vek".
The General Director of "Noviy Vek" Ilshat Aminov noted 4 key points of this strategy: the republican broadcasting channels in all environments, technical and technological problems, including the transition to broadcasting in HD and other high-definition formats, the problem of content and the organizational structure of the broadcast of the republic.
