Russian Post kicks off a decade of subscription

All customers of the Russian Post, have issued a six-month or one-year subscription in the amount of 400 rubles, will be able to take part in drawing a 30,000 prizes. A number of regional and national publications can subscribe to the special conditions provided directly by Russian publishers. Also, in all post offices are traditional Russian concessions to subscribe for veterans, war veterans and people with disabilities.
