The contest is held in the following categories.
The competition is open to all forms of media outlet ownership, creative associations, groups of authors, journalists, writers, freelance writers, designers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Accepted for the contest materials in the official languages of the Republic of Tatarstan (Tatar and Russian).
