The Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications has launched two competitions

On December 2nd, a video message was posted on the media facade of the Ak Bars Arena in Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, to celebrate the National Day of the United Arab Emirates. The message featured the UAE flag, followed by a greeting in both Russian and Arabic, wishing the friendly people of the UAE a happy holiday.
