August 20-24, 2014, Moscow hosts the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan

In order to develop all-round cooperation and strengthening of ties with the Republic of Tatarstan, the city of Moscow, in the framework of the Agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the city of Moscow on trade, economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural cooperation will host the Days of Culture of Tatartsan from  August 20 to 24, 2014, in Moscow.

Within the framework of the Days of Culture of Tatarstan Muscovites  sell see  a rich cultural program. The grand concert of the Republic of Tatarstan is to be  held on August 22 at the Moscow International House of Music, in a lobby  of which  exhibitions of folk arts and crafts of Tatarstan to be located. The concert is featured by stars like as Albina Shagimuratova, Akhmet Agadi, Mikhail Kazakov, Renat Ibragimov, Diana Garipova, Filyus Kagirov, Richat Tukhfatullin, Rayaz Fasih. Special guest of the concert is Nadezhda Babkina and Theatre of Russian songs.

Performances   of  Kamal  Tatar State Academic Theatre  are due to become an event during the  Days of Culture:  "Mulla" – a sensational play by outstanding  Tatar  playwright  Tufan Minnullina  that caused a lot of mixed opinions  and "Mekhebbet FM»   by  Ilgiz Zayniev,  who decided to bring the performance  to  Moscow  at numerous  request of the youth of  Tatar Diaspora. Performances will be presented on August 20 and 21,  19.00 pm,   on the Mayakovsky stage.

In addition to performances,  the  concert of the RT  State Song and Dance Ensemble  at  Moscow folk cultural center under the leadership of L.Ryumina,   the   concert of the  RT  State Ensemble of folk music at the House of  Asadulaev  are  scheduled. Meetings to be held  with  creative intelligentsia of Tatarstan with showing  of a documentary in the Tatar language "Tufan is Tufan " directed by Ildar Maturov  (Asadullayev House), as well as presentation of the X Kazan International Muslim Film Festival,  featured  by   fiction film "School girl friends" with participation of  script writer of the film N .Nurieva, and the winner of the     IX   of the Kazan international Muslim Film Festival in  nomination  "Best Actress" and "Best Screenplay of  feature film" movie "Letters in the Rain" (Iran).

In the halls of the State Central Museum of Contemporary History of Russia jointly with the National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan, the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan,  Dolgoprudnensky History and Art Museum and the Center of Tatar culture and art of the Moscow region,  three  exhibitions to be  deployed , in fact,  combined into one exhibition project dedicated to the Days of Culture of the Republic Tatarstan in Moscow. Opening of the exhibitions will be held August 21 at 12.00. The organizers were able to provide not only unique in its composition a collection of artifacts, but also fill the exhibition  with  high historical, cultural and spiritual content. Therefore, the title of an exhibition "Treasures of the spiritual heritage"  fully reflects the concept of the whole exhibition project. Along with the works of fine art, here,   national costumes and musical instruments of the peoples of Tatarstan, rare books and samples of printed graphics  to be presented.

Within the framework of the Days of Culture of Tatarstan,   opening the monument  to  people’s  artist of Russia Fuat Mansurov on  Troekurov cemetery,  and laying  flowers at the monuments and G.Tukay  and M.  Jalil  will  be  held.

Days of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan in Moscow will turn into  a bright cultural event in the life of the capital to further strengthening  cooperation between the regions.
