Staff department

The main functions:

• providing elaboration of the personnel policy and strategy of the Agency,
• formation of the data base of quantitative and qualitative personnel staff,
• in cooperation with the Heads of the Departments performs personnel selection and making suggestions about their assignment to a position,
• preparation of the orders concerning acceptance for employment and other human resources documentation.
