Ministry of Communications and Mass Media at the beginning of the spring is going to publish a ranking of Russian federal mass media, specifying the level of literacy of each of them, said Deputy Minister Alexey Volin.
According to him, the study commissioned by the institute will affect not only the print media, but also radio and television; literacy levels will be assessed on a scale.
Acting Rector of the Institute of Pushkin Margarita Rusetskaya confirmed that an expert group has already started to monitor the Russian press. According to her, the first results of this work will be available in late January or early February.
