The award ceremony was attended by the deputy head of the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications Ildar Sagdatshin, Chief Adviser of the Secretary of the Security Council RT Mikhail Blinov and Deputy Chairman of the Assembly of Peoples of Tatarstan Saghit Dzhaksybaev.
All winners were awarded with diplomas, flowers, and as well as cash prizes.
