Delegation of journalists from leading Afghan media visited news agency "Tatar-Inform" for press tour in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Foreign journalists are primarily interested in the issues of access to news agencies, as well as the amount produced per day materials. Also, representatives of the Afghan media have sharpened their focus on the freedom of expression and the safety of journalists. In particular, they were interested in the probability of pressure and threats of physical violence towards journalists.
Press tour of the Afghan delegation held in Tatarstan from 19 to 22 October. As part of the tour is scheduled tours of Kazan and the island-Svijazhsk and a visit to Kazan Federal University, Russian Islamic Institute, IT-park.
