The organizers of the Republican contest for the best coverage in the mass media issues in the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs (hereinafter - the contract system in procurement) are the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, procurement, Republican Agency for Press and mass Communications "Tatmedia" State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Center for procurement Republic of Tatarstan".
The contest are invited staff and non-federal republican representatives of the media, journalists republican, city and regional media publications in information and telecommunications network "Internet", registered on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Submissions to the contest must have walked out (published) in the period from 1 January 2014 to 20 November 2014 and should be consistent with the competition.
