Competition among the media to promote the republican target program "Energy saving and energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020"

On December 2nd, a video message was posted on the media facade of the Ak Bars Arena in Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, to celebrate the National Day of the United Arab Emirates. The message featured the UAE flag, followed by a greeting in both Russian and Arabic, wishing the friendly people of the UAE a happy holiday.
