Press-conference dedicated to Türkvizyon Song Contest

July 17, 2014 at 15.00 at  the conference hall of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a press conference dedicated to the International  television song contest «TURKVISION» in Kazan.

The first edition took place in Eskişehir, Turkey. The semi-final was held on the 19 December 2013, with the grand final taking place on the 21 December 2013.

Türkvizyon is an annual song contest which was created by Turkish broadcaster Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT). Based on the similar format of the Eurovision Song Contest, Türkvizyon focuses primarily on participating Turkic countries and regions. Twenty-four countries and regions compete in the semi-final.
